Article L531-31 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

The decision of the French Office for the Protection of Refugees and Stateless Persons referred to in Article L. 531-26, that of the administrative authority referred to in Article L. 531-27, or the refusal of the Office to apply Article L. 531-28 may not be the subject, before the administrative courts under ordinary law, of an appeal separate from the appeal that may be lodged, pursuant to article L. 532-1, before the Cour nationale du droit d’asile against the decision of the Office.

Article L531-31

La décision de l’Office français de protection des réfugiés et apatrides mentionnée à l’article L. 531-26, celle de l’autorité administrative mentionnée à l’article L. 531-27, ou le refus de l’office de faire application de l’article L. 531-28 ne peut pas faire l’objet, devant les juridictions administratives de droit commun, d’un recours distinct du recours qui peut être formé, en application de l’article L. 532-1, devant la Cour nationale du droit d’asile à l’encontre de la décision de l’office.
