Section 2: Accelerated procedure

The French Office for the Protection of Refugees and Stateless Persons rules under an accelerated procedure in the following cases:1° The applicant comes from a country considered to be a safe country of origin within the meaning of Article L. 531-25;2° The applicant has submitted an application for reconsideration which is not inadmissible;3° The applicant is held in detention pursuant to Article L. 754-3.
