Article L531-29 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

When ruling under the accelerated procedure, the French Office for the Protection of Refugees and Stateless Persons will carry out an individual examination of each application in compliance with the procedural guarantees provided for in Articles L. 531-2 to L. 531-23.
In the cases provided for in 3° of Article L. 531-24 and 6° of Article L. 531-27, the Office will rule within ninety-six hours and will take account of the applicant’s vulnerability.

Article L531-29

Lorsqu’il statue en procédure accélérée, l’Office français de protection des réfugiés et apatrides procède à un examen individuel de chaque demande dans le respect des garanties procédurales prévues aux articles L. 531-2 à L. 531-23.
Dans les cas prévus au 3° de l’article L. 531-24 et au 6° de l’article L. 531-27, l’office statue dans un délai de quatre-vingt-seize heures et tient compte de la vulnérabilité du demandeur.
