Disputes relating to benefits provided by the institution on behalf of the body responsible for managing the unemployment insurance scheme or on behalf of the State are subject to the litigation arrangements applicable to them prior to the creation of this institution.

Les litiges relatifs aux prestations dont le service est assuré par l’institution, pour le compte de l’organisme chargé de la gestion du régime d’assurance chômage ou de l’Etat sont soumis au régime contentieux qui leur était applicable antérieurement à la création de cette institution.
