Article L5315-9 of the French Labour Code

For the purposes of implementing the provisions set out in 2° of Article L. 5315-1 and 1° of Article L. 5315-2, the training bodies contributing to the regional public vocational training service defined in Article L. 6121-2 have access to the premises and equipment mentioned in Article L. 5315-7 under objective, transparent and non-discriminatory conditions in accordance with specifications defined by decree in the Conseil d’Etat. These specifications determine in particular the terms and conditions for the payment by the beneficiary organisation of a fee for services rendered to the public establishment.

Pour la mise en œuvre des dispositions prévues au 2° de l’article L. 5315-1 et au 1° de l’article L. 5315-2, les organismes de formation concourant au service public régional de la formation professionnelle défini à l’article L. 6121-2 ont accès aux locaux et équipements mentionnés à l’article L. 5315-7 dans des conditions objectives, transparentes et non discriminatoires selon un cahier des charges, défini par décret en Conseil d’Etat. Ce cahier des charges détermine notamment les modalités du versement par l’organisme bénéficiaire d’une redevance pour service rendu à l’établissement public.
