Article L5411-10 of the French Labour Code

A decree in the Conseil d’État determines the conditions for application of this chapter, in particular :

1° The list of changes affecting the situation of jobseekers that they are required to notify to Pôle emploi.

2° The conditions under which people cease to be registered on the jobseekers’ list if they :

a) Who do not renew their application for employment ;

b) For whom the employer or competent body informs Pôle emploi of a return to employment or activity, entry into training or any change affecting their situation with regard to the conditions for registration.

Un décret en Conseil d’État détermine les conditions d’application du présent chapitre, notamment :

1° La liste des changements affectant la situation des demandeurs d’emploi que ceux-ci sont tenus de signaler à Pôle emploi.

2° Les conditions dans lesquelles cessent d’être inscrites sur la liste des demandeurs d’emploi les personnes :

a) Qui ne renouvellent pas leur demande d’emploi ;

b) Pour lesquelles l’employeur ou l’organisme compétent informe Pôle emploi d’une reprise d’emploi ou d’activité, d’une entrée en formation ou de tout changement affectant leur situation au regard des conditions d’inscription.
