Article L551-10 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

The applicant is informed, in a language he or she understands or may reasonably be expected to understand, that he or she may be refused material reception conditions or that they may be terminated under the conditions and in accordance with the procedures laid down in Articles L. 551-15 and L. 551-16.
