For the application to Mayotte of these provisions:

1° The reference to the department, the overseas department, the region or the overseas region is replaced by the reference to the Department of Mayotte;

2° The reference to the regional council or the general councils is replaced by the reference to the general council.

Pour l’application à Mayotte de ces dispositions :

1° La référence au département, au département d’outre-mer, à la région ou à la région d’outre-mer est remplacée par la référence au Département de Mayotte ;

2° La référence au conseil régional ou aux conseils généraux est remplacée par la référence au conseil général.
