Article L5832-2 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

I.-The provisions of Chapter V of Title I of Book II of this Part are not applicable to Mayotte.

II.-The following shall apply in Mayotte from 1 January 2014:

1° Article L. 5210-4 ;

2° Article L. 5211-9-2;

2° bis Articles L. 5211-11-2 and L. 5211-11-3;

3° Les articles L. 5211-28 to L. 5211-35-1 ;

4° Article L. 5211-40-1;

5° The articles L. 5211-41 to L. 5211-41-3 ;

6° Les articles L. 5211-57 et L. 5211-59 ;

7° The second and third paragraphs of article L. 5212-20 ;

8° Les articles L. 5212-24 à L. 5212-24-2 ;

9° Les articles L. 5214-1 à L. 5214-29 ;

10° Les articles L. 5216-1 à L. 5216-10;

11° Les articles L. 5217-1 à L. 5217-21.

III.-For the application to Mayotte of the first paragraph of Article L. 5216-10, the words: “the publication of law no. 99-586 of 12 July 1999 relating to the strengthening and simplification of intercommunal cooperation” are replaced by the words: “the date of creation of the agglomeration community”.

I.-Les dispositions du chapitre V du titre Ier du livre II de la présente partie ne sont pas applicables à Mayotte.

II.-Sont applicables à Mayotte à compter du 1er janvier 2014 :

1° L’article L. 5210-4 ;

2° L’article L. 5211-9-2 ;

2° bis Les articles L. 5211-11-2 et L. 5211-11-3 ;

3° Les articles L. 5211-28 à L. 5211-35-1 ;

4° L’article L. 5211-40-1 ;

5° Les articles L. 5211-41 à L. 5211-41-3 ;

6° Les articles L. 5211-57 et L. 5211-59 ;

7° Les deuxième et troisième alinéas de l’article L. 5212-20 ;

8° Les articles L. 5212-24 à L. 5212-24-2 ;

9° Les articles L. 5214-1 à L. 5214-29 ;

10° Les articles L. 5216-1 à L. 5216-10 ;

11° Les articles L. 5217-1 à L. 5217-21.

III.-Pour l’application à Mayotte du premier alinéa de l’article L. 5216-10, les mots : ” la publication de la loi n° 99-586 du 12 juillet 1999 relative au renforcement et à la simplification de la coopération intercommunale ” sont remplacés par les mots : ” la date de création de la communauté d’agglomération “.
