Article L6112-6 of the French Public Health Code

For the application of the rules governing the authorisations mentioned in chapter II of title II of this book, no account is taken of the fact that the establishment provides the public hospital service defined in article L. 6112-2 or that it is associated with it pursuant to article L. 6112-5.

Pour l’application des règles régissant les autorisations mentionnées au chapitre II du titre II du présent livre, il n’est pas tenu compte du fait que l’établissement assure le service public hospitalier défini à l’article L. 6112-2 ou qu’il y est associé en application de l’article L. 6112-5.
