Where a provisional administrator has been appointed by the Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution pursuant to Article L. 612-34, the court may only entrust the administrator with the supervision of management operations, as provided for in Article L. 622-1 of the French Commercial Code.

Lorsqu’un administrateur provisoire a été désigné par l’Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution en application de l’article L. 612-34, le tribunal ne peut charger l’administrateur judiciaire que de la surveillance des opérations de gestion, telle qu’elle est prévue à l’article L. 622-1 du code de commerce.
