Article L614-10 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

The foreign national may ask the president of the administrative court or the magistrate appointed for this purpose for the assistance of an interpreter and communication of the file containing the documents on the basis of which the contested decision was taken.
