Article L6153-5 of the French Public Health Code

Students in the third cycle of medical studies may administer, as part of a training period and under the supervision of the training supervisor, vaccines, the list of which and, where applicable, the persons who may benefit from them are determined by an order of the Minister for Health issued after obtaining the opinion of the High Authority for Health.

Students in the third cycle of pharmaceutical studies who are duly enrolled in a pharmaceutical sciences training and research unit or, where applicable, in a medical and pharmaceutical training and research unit may administer, as part of a training period and under the supervision of the training supervisor or as part of a replacement as provided for in article R. 5125-39, under conditions laid down by decree in the Conseil d’Etat, the vaccines whose list is provided for in 9° bis of article L. 5125-1-1 A.

Les étudiants en troisième cycle des études de médecine peuvent administrer, dans le cadre d’un stage et sous la supervision du maître de stage, les vaccins dont la liste et, le cas échéant, les personnes susceptibles de bénéficier sont déterminées par un arrêté du ministre chargé de la santé pris après avis de la Haute Autorité de santé.

Les étudiants en troisième cycle des études pharmaceutiques régulièrement inscrits dans une unité de formation et de recherche de sciences pharmaceutiques ou, le cas échéant, dans une unité de formation et de recherche médicale et pharmaceutique peuvent administrer, dans le cadre d’un stage et sous la supervision du maître de stage ou dans le cadre d’un remplacement prévu à l’article R. 5125-39, dans des conditions fixées par décret en Conseil d’Etat, les vaccins dont la liste est prévue au 9° bis de l’article L. 5125-1-1 A.
