Article L631-5 of the French Code of civil enforcement procedures

For the application of in article L. 412-5 in Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, the word “départemental” and the words “the law n° 90-449 of 31 May 1990 aimed at implementing the right to housing” are replaced respectively by the word “territorial” and the words “the regulations, if any, applicable locally”.
