The duration of the professional transition project cannot be deducted from the annual paid leave. This project is treated as a period of work :

1° For the determination of the rights of the persons concerned with regard to annual paid leave ;

2° With regard to the rights that the employee derives from his seniority in the company.

La durée du projet de transition professionnelle ne peut être imputée sur la durée du congé payé annuel. Ce projet est assimilé à une période de travail :

1° Pour la détermination des droits des intéressés en matière de congé payé annuel ;

2° A l’égard des droits que le salarié tient de son ancienneté dans l’entreprise.
