Article L6323-17-5 of the French Labour Code

The employee benefiting from the professional transition project is entitled to a minimum remuneration determined by decree.

In companies with fifty or more employees, the remuneration due to the beneficiary of the professional transition project is paid by the employer, who is reimbursed by the regional inter-professional joint commission mentioned in article L. 6323-17-6.

A decree specifies the terms and conditions under which this remuneration is paid, particularly in companies with fewer than fifty employees.

For the purposes of this article, the number of employees is determined in accordance with the procedures set out in I ofarticle L. 130-1 of the Social Security Code.

Le salarié bénéficiaire du projet de transition professionnelle a droit à une rémunération minimale déterminée par décret.

Dans les entreprises de cinquante salariés et plus, la rémunération due au bénéficiaire du projet de transition professionnelle est versée par l’employeur, qui est remboursé par la commission paritaire interprofessionnelle régionale mentionnée à l’article L. 6323-17-6.

Un décret précise les modalités selon lesquelles cette rémunération est versée, notamment dans les entreprises de moins de cinquante salariés.

Pour l’application du présent article, l’effectif salarié est déterminé selon les modalités prévues au I de l’article L. 130-1 du code de la sécurité sociale.
