The employee benefiting from the professional transition project is entitled to a minimum remuneration determined by decree.
In companies with fifty or more employees, the remuneration due to the beneficiary of the professional transition project is paid by the employer, who is reimbursed by the regional inter-professional joint commission mentioned in article L. 6323-17-6.
A decree specifies the terms and conditions under which this remuneration is paid, particularly in companies with fewer than fifty employees.
For the purposes of this article, the number of employees is determined in accordance with the procedures set out in I ofarticle L. 130-1 of the Social Security Code.
