When the training financed under the personal training account is taken during the time when the disabled worker is carrying out a work-related activity in the establishment or work-based support service, the disabled worker must request the prior agreement of the said establishment or service on the content and timetable of the training.

Lorsque la formation financée dans le cadre du compte personnel de formation est suivie pendant le temps d’exercice d’une activité à caractère professionnel au sein de l’établissement ou du service d’aide par le travail, le travailleur handicapé doit demander l’accord préalable dudit établissement ou service sur le contenu et le calendrier de la formation.
