The articles of association of the Comité de concertation et de coordination de l’apprentissage du bâtiment et des travaux publics are drawn up by the employers’ and employees’ trade unions representing the building and public works sector at national level.

The management costs corresponding to the tasks of this committee as well as the expenses linked to the management of parity within the body are respectively set by joint order of the ministers responsible for vocational training and national education, within the limit of a ceiling determined as a percentage of the annual funds collected by the association.

Les statuts du comité de concertation et de coordination de l’apprentissage du bâtiment et des travaux publics sont élaborés par les organisations syndicales d’employeurs et de salariés représentatives au plan national du bâtiment et des travaux publics.

Les frais de gestion correspondant aux missions de ce comité ainsi que les dépenses liées à la gestion du paritarisme au sein de l’organisme sont respectivement fixés par arrêté conjoint des ministres chargés de la formation professionnelle et de l’éducation nationale, dans la limite d’un plafond déterminé en pourcentage de la collecte annuelle encaissée par l’association.
