I.-The skills operator is responsible for :
1° Actions contributing to the development of skills for the benefit of companies with fewer than fifty employees mentioned in article L. 6313-1 ;
2° Apprenticeship and professionalisation contracts, expenditure relating to the training of tutors and apprenticeship supervisors and the performance of their duties, as well as retraining or promotion initiatives through work-linked training;
3° If a branch agreement so provides, for a maximum period of two years, training costs incurred to deal with serious economic difficulties;
4° Training for members of the staff delegation of the social and economic committee and for the referent provided for in the last paragraph of article L. 2314-1, required to carry out their duties in terms of health, safety and working conditions in companies with fewer than fifty employees.
II – The Skills Operator does not provide any direct or indirect funding to employee trade unions or professional employers’ organisations.
It may, however, reimburse, on presentation of supporting documents, the travel, accommodation and catering expenses incurred by persons who sit on their management bodies.
