Article L6333-5 of the French Labour Code

Caisse des dépôts et consignations concludes a three-year agreement with the State on objectives and performance, which defines in particular the portion of the resources mentioned in articles L. 6333-1 and L. 6333-2 intended to finance the costs of implementing its missions, including the financing of the automated processing of personal data mentioned in articles L. 5151-6, L. 6111-7 and L. 6323-8.

Caisse des dépôts et consignations reports quarterly to France Compétences on the use of its resources and its financial commitments under conditions laid down by decree.

It prepares an annual report on the management of the personal training account, which is submitted to France Compétences.

This report is sent to Parliament and to the ministers responsible for vocational training and the budget.

La Caisse des dépôts et consignations conclut avec l’Etat une convention triennale d’objectifs et de performance qui définit notamment la part des ressources mentionnées aux articles L. 6333-1 et L. 6333-2 destinée à financer les frais de mise en œuvre de ses missions, dont le financement des traitements automatisés de données à caractère personnel mentionnés aux articles L. 5151-6, L. 6111-7 et L. 6323-8.

La Caisse des dépôts et consignations rend compte trimestriellement à France compétences de l’utilisation de ses ressources et de ses engagements financiers dans des conditions prévues par décret.

Elle élabore un rapport annuel de gestion du compte personnel de formation remis à France compétences.

Ce rapport est transmis au Parlement et aux ministres chargés de la formation professionnelle et du budget.
