The list of organisations declared under the conditions laid down in this chapter and up to date with their obligation to submit the educational and financial report referred to in article L. 6352-11 is made public and includes information relating to the organisation’s company name, its workforce, a description of the training courses provided and the number of employees and persons trained.

La liste des organismes déclarés dans les conditions fixées au présent chapitre et à jour de leur obligation de transmettre le bilan pédagogique et financier mentionné à l’article L. 6352-11 est rendue publique et comporte les renseignements relatifs à la raison sociale de l’organisme, à ses effectifs, à la description des actions de formation dispensées et au nombre de salariés et de personnes formées.
