The Regional Council shall be notified of the details of the declaration of activity and any amendments thereto.

It will be notified of the educational and financial report on the activity, the balance sheet, the profit and loss account and the notes to the accounts for the last financial year closed by the bodies whose training activities within the meaning of article L. 6313-1 benefit from its financial support.

Le conseil régional a communication des éléments de la déclaration d’activité et de ses éventuelles modifications.

Il a communication du bilan pédagogique et financier de l’activité, du bilan, du compte de résultat et de l’annexe du dernier exercice clos par les organismes dont les actions de formation au sens de l’article L. 6313-1 bénéficient de son concours financier.
