Article L6351-1 of the French Labour Code

Any person carrying out the actions provided for in article L. 6313-1 shall file a declaration of activity with the administrative authority as soon as the first vocational training agreement or the first vocational training contract is concluded, pursuant to articles L. 6353-1 and L. 6353-3 respectively. The Regional Council shall be notified of the details of the declaration of activity and any amendments thereto.
