Article L6353-10 of the French Labour Code

The training organisations inform the organisations that finance the training, under conditions defined by decree, of the start, interruptions and completion of the training, for each of their trainees and apprentices, and provide them with the data relating to employment and the vocational training pathway that they have on these trainees and apprentices.

The funding bodies, the body managing the information system for the personal training account referred to in article L. 6323-9 and the institutions and bodies responsible for professional development advice referred to in article L. 6111-6 share the data referred to in the first paragraph of this article, as well as that relating to the costs of training courses, in dematerialised form and under conditions defined by decree by the Conseil d’Etat.

Les organismes de formation informent les organismes qui financent la formation, dans des conditions définies par décret, du début, des interruptions et de l’achèvement de la formation, pour chacun de leurs stagiaires et apprentis, et leur communiquent les données relatives à l’emploi et au parcours de formation professionnelle dont ils disposent sur ces stagiaires et apprentis.

Les organismes financeurs, l’organisme gestionnaire du système d’information du compte personnel de formation mentionné à l’article L. 6323-9 et les institutions et organismes chargés du conseil en évolution professionnelle mentionnés à l’article L. 6111-6 partagent les données mentionnées au premier alinéa du présent article, ainsi que celles relatives aux coûts des actions de formation, sous forme dématérialisée et dans des conditions définies par décret en Conseil d’Etat.
