Article L7122-10 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The Assembly of French Guiana is also convened at the request of:

1° The standing committee;

2° Or one third of its members on a specific agenda, for a period that may not exceed two days. The same councillor to the Assembly of French Guyana may not submit more than one request for a meeting per six-month period.

In the event of exceptional circumstances, the councillors to the Assembly of French Guyana may be convened by decree.

Article L7122-10

L’assemblée de Guyane est également réunie à la demande :

1° De la commission permanente ;

2° Ou du tiers de ses membres sur un ordre du jour déterminé, pour une durée qui ne peut excéder deux jours. Un même conseiller à l’assemblée de Guyane ne peut présenter plus d’une demande de réunion par semestre.

En cas de circonstances exceptionnelles, les conseillers à l’assemblée de Guyane peuvent être réunis par décret.
