When the functioning of the Assembly of French Guyana proves impossible, the Government may pronounce its dissolution by reasoned decree taken in the Council of Ministers; it shall inform Parliament of this as soon as possible.
Dissolution may never be pronounced by way of a general measure.
Lorsque le fonctionnement de l’assemblée de Guyane se révèle impossible, le Gouvernement peut en prononcer la dissolution par décret motivé pris en conseil des ministres ; il en informe le Parlement dans le délai le plus bref.
La dissolution ne peut jamais être prononcée par voie de mesure générale.
