When the President of the Assembly of French Guyana and the Vice-Presidents delegated by him use the universal employment-service cheque provided for in Article L. 1271-1 of the Labour Code to ensure the remuneration of employees or approved associations or companies responsible for either childcare or assistance to the elderly, disabled or those who need personal assistance in their home or assistance with mobility in the local environment promoting their home maintenance pursuant to articles L. 7231-1 et L. 7232-1 of the same code, the Assembly of French Guiana may, by deliberation, grant financial aid to the elected representatives concerned, under conditions laid down by decree.
The benefit of this article cannot be combined with that of the third paragraph of article L. 7125-22.
