For the application of articles L. 7125-28 to L. 7125-30, the contributions of the territorial collectivity of French Guyana and those of its elected representatives are calculated on the amount of compensation actually received by the latter pursuant to section 3 of this chapter or any other text governing the compensation of their functions.
The contributions of elected representatives are personal and compulsory.
Pour l’application des articles L. 7125-28 à L. 7125-30, les cotisations de la collectivité territoriale de Guyane et celles de ses élus sont calculées sur le montant des indemnités effectivement perçues par ces derniers en application de la section 3 du présent chapitre ou de tout autre texte régissant l’indemnisation de leurs fonctions.
