Article L7224-22 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

Each year, the President of the Executive Council reports to the Assembly, in a special report, on the situation of the local authority, the state of implementation of the regional development plan and the activity and financing of its various departments and the bodies dependent on them. The report also sets out the state of implementation of the decisions taken by the Assembly and the financial situation of the local authority. The report is submitted to the Martinique Economic, Social, Environmental, Cultural and Educational Council for its opinion before being examined by the Assembly. This report gives rise to a debate.

Chaque année, le président du conseil exécutif rend compte à l’assemblée, par un rapport spécial, de la situation de la collectivité territoriale, de l’état d’exécution du schéma d’aménagement régional ainsi que de l’activité et du financement de ses différents services et des organismes qui en dépendent. Le rapport précise également l’état d’exécution des délibérations de l’assemblée et la situation financière de la collectivité. Le rapport est soumis pour avis au conseil économique, social, environnemental, de la culture et de l’éducation de Martinique préalablement à son examen par l’assemblée. Ce rapport donne lieu à un débat.
