Article L7227-30 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

Councillors to the Martinique Assembly and members of the Executive Council other than those referred to in Article L. 7227-29 may set up an annuity pension scheme in the management of which the affiliated elected representatives must participate.

The annuity pension scheme is half funded by the elected representative and half funded by the territorial authority of Martinique.

A Conseil d’Etat decree sets the contribution rate ceiling.

Les conseillers à l’assemblée de Martinique et les membres du conseil exécutif autres que ceux visés à l’article L. 7227-29 peuvent constituer une retraite par rente à la gestion de laquelle doivent participer les élus affiliés.

La constitution de la retraite par rente incombe pour moitié à l’élu et pour moitié à la collectivité territoriale de Martinique.

Un décret en Conseil d’Etat fixe le plafond des taux de cotisation.
