The provisions of the collective agreements mentioned in article L. 7322-3 may, after consultation with the professional organisations concerned, be made compulsory by the administrative authority for all food retailers and consumer cooperatives within their scope.

In the absence of such agreements, the administrative authority may, after consultation with the professional organisations concerned, lay down, either for the specific region or for the entire territory, the conditions to be met by the individual contracts concluded between the businesses and their self-employed managers, in particular the minimum remuneration.

Les dispositions des accords collectifs mentionnés à l’article L. 7322-3 peuvent, après consultation des organisations professionnelles intéressées, être rendues obligatoires par l’autorité administrative à l’ensemble des commerces de détail alimentaire et des coopératives de consommation comprises dans leur champ d’application.

A défaut de tels accords, l’autorité administrative peut, après consultation des organisations professionnelles intéressées, fixer, soit pour la région déterminée, soit pour l’ensemble du territoire, les conditions auxquelles doivent satisfaire les contrats individuels conclus entre les entreprises et leurs gérants non salariés, notamment le minimum de rémunération.
