The worker benefits from the right of access to continuing vocational training provided for in Article L. 6312-2. The contribution to vocational training mentioned in article L. 6331-48 is paid by the platform.
At their request, they may benefit from the actions mentioned in 3° of Article L. 6313-1. The platform will then cover the costs of the support and pay the worker an allowance under conditions defined by decree.
The employee’s personal training account is topped up by the platform when the employee’s turnover on this platform exceeds a threshold determined according to the employee’s sector of activity. The conditions for top-up, the thresholds and the sectors of activity are specified by decree.
