Article L7342-3 of the French Labour Code

The worker benefits from the right of access to continuing vocational training provided for in Article L. 6312-2. The contribution to vocational training mentioned in article L. 6331-48 is paid by the platform.

At their request, they may benefit from the actions mentioned in 3° of Article L. 6313-1. The platform will then cover the costs of the support and pay the worker an allowance under conditions defined by decree.

The employee’s personal training account is topped up by the platform when the employee’s turnover on this platform exceeds a threshold determined according to the employee’s sector of activity. The conditions for top-up, the thresholds and the sectors of activity are specified by decree.

Le travailleur bénéficie du droit d’accès à la formation professionnelle continue prévu à l’article L. 6312-2. La contribution à la formation professionnelle mentionnée à l’article L. 6331-48 est prise en charge par la plateforme.

Il bénéficie, à sa demande, des actions mentionnées au 3° de l’article L. 6313-1. La plateforme prend alors en charge les frais d’accompagnement et lui verse une indemnité dans des conditions définies par décret.

Le compte personnel de formation du travailleur est abondé par la plateforme lorsque le chiffre d’affaires qu’il réalise sur cette plateforme est supérieur à un seuil déterminé selon le secteur d’activité du travailleur. Les conditions d’abondement, les seuils et les secteurs d’activité sont précisés par décret.
