An agreement may define the method enabling negotiations to take place under conditions of loyalty and mutual trust between the parties.
This agreement specifies the subjects, the timetable for negotiations and the procedures for monitoring the commitments made by the parties.
It may also define:
1° The procedures for taking into account requests relating to the subjects for negotiation from one or more recognised representative employee organisations;
2° The information that the members of the college of recognised representative professional platform organisations provide to the negotiators on the subjects for negotiation and the date on which this information is provided.
Unless the agreement stipulates otherwise, failure to comply with its provisions shall not render the agreements concluded null and void, provided that the principle of fairness between the parties is respected.
The workers’ organisations and the professional organisations of the platforms authorised to negotiate this agreement may call upon the Employment Platforms Labour Relations Authority to assist them in its negotiation.
