Article L7343-7 of the French Labour Code

The following are eligible to vote: workers using an electronic contact platform mentioned in article L 7342-1 who can prove that they have been working in the economic sector in question for at least three months. This condition is assessed on the first day of the fourth month preceding the organisation of the ballot by adding together, over the period of the previous six months, the months during which these workers have performed at least five services for a platform mentioned in article L. 7342-1.

Sont électeurs les travailleurs utilisant une plateforme de mise en relation par voie électronique mentionnée à l’article L 7342-1 qui justifient d’une ancienneté de trois mois d’exercice de leur activité dans le secteur économique considéré. Cette condition s’apprécie au premier jour du quatrième mois précédant l’organisation du scrutin en totalisant, au cours de la période constituée des six mois précédents, les mois pendant lesquels ces travailleurs ont effectué au moins cinq prestations pour une plateforme mentionnée à l’article L. 7342-1.
