When the protection litigation judge rules pursuant to article L. 733-13, personal recovery without judicial liquidation has the effects mentioned in article L. 741-2. However, in this case, the debts are stopped on the date of the judgment pronouncing personal recovery without judicial liquidation.

Lorsque le juge des contentieux de la protection statue en application de l’article L. 733-13, le rétablissement personnel sans liquidation judiciaire emporte les effets mentionnés à l’article L. 741-2. Cependant, dans ce cas, les dettes sont arrêtées à la date du jugement prononçant le rétablissement personnel sans liquidation judiciaire.
