Article L751-1 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

This chapter determines the measures applicable to foreign nationals who are the subject of a request to be taken into care or taken back into care, pursuant to Regulation (EU) No 604/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 June 2013, or of a transfer decision pursuant to Article L. 572-1.

Le présent chapitre détermine les mesures applicables aux étrangers faisant l’objet d’une requête aux fins de prise en charge ou de reprise en charge, en application du règlement (UE) n° 604/2013 du Parlement européen et du Conseil du 26 juin 2013, ou d’une décision de transfert en application de l’article L. 572-1.
