Article L752-11 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

The president of the administrative court or the designated magistrate, seised pursuant to articles L. 752-6 or L. 752-7, shall grant the foreign national’s application where the foreign national presents serious evidence of such a nature as to justify, on the basis of his or her asylum application, his or her remaining in the territory while his or her appeal is being examined by the Cour nationale du droit d’asile.

Article L752-11

Le président du tribunal administratif ou le magistrat désigné, saisi en application des articles L. 752-6 ou L. 752-7, fait droit à la demande de l’étranger lorsque celui-ci présente des éléments sérieux de nature à justifier, au titre de sa demande d’asile, son maintien sur le territoire durant l’examen de son recours par la Cour nationale du droit d’asile.
