Article L754-8 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

With the exception of Article L. 754-1, the procedures for applying this chapter, and in particular the procedures for taking account of the vulnerability of asylum seekers and, where applicable, their special needs, are laid down by decree in the Conseil d’Etat.

A l’exception de l’article L. 754-1, les modalités d’application du présent chapitre, et notamment les modalités de prise en compte de la vulnérabilité du demandeur d’asile et, le cas échéant, de ses besoins particuliers, sont fixées par décret en Conseil d’Etat.
