A decree shall determine the list of procedural documents sent or received by court-appointed administrators, court-appointed agents and persons designated pursuant to the second paragraph of article L. 811-2, the first paragraph of II of article L. 812-2 or III of the same article which may be communicated by electronic means.
Court-appointed administrators and judicial representatives shall proceed by electronic means when the third parties to whom or which the documents are addressed have expressly requested or consented to their use. To this end, they shall use the portal made available to them by the national council pursuant to Article L. 814-2. A decree in the Conseil d’Etat, issued after consultation with the Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés, sets out the conditions for application of this paragraph.
