Article L814-14 of the French Commercial code

A Conseil d’Etat decree sets out the terms and conditions for applying articles L. 811-7-1 and L. 812-5-1, in particular the rules applicable to the settlement of disputes arising in connection with the performance of an employment contract after mediation by the President of the Conseil national des administrateurs judiciaires et des mandataires judiciaires, those relating to the dismissal of an employee court-appointed administrator or court-appointed representative and, in this case, the conditions under which he or she may be removed from the list referred to in Articles L. 811-2 or L. 812-2.

Article L814-14

Un décret en Conseil d’Etat fixe les modalités d’application des articles L. 811-7-1 et L. 812-5-1, notamment les règles applicables au règlement des litiges nés à l’occasion de l’exécution d’un contrat de travail après médiation du président du Conseil national des administrateurs judiciaires et des mandataires judiciaires, celles relatives au licenciement de l’administrateur judiciaire ou du mandataire judiciaire salarié et, dans ce cas, les conditions dans lesquelles il peut être retiré de la liste mentionnée aux articles L. 811-2 ou L. 812-2.
