Article L814-16 of the French Commercial code

When it appears to the Caisse des dépôts et consignations that the separate account referred to in Article L. 814-15 has not been the subject of any transaction, other than the recording of interest and the debiting by the Caisse des dépôts et consignations of fees and commissions of all kinds or any deductions from the interest paid to the fund referred to in Article L. 663-3 for a period of six consecutive months, Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations shall notify the magistrate appointed by the Minister of Justice and placed under the Director of Civil Affairs and the Seal to coordinate the activities of the regional inspecting magistrates.

Article L814-16

Lorsqu’il lui apparaît que le compte distinct mentionné à l’article L. 814-15 n’a fait l’objet d’aucune opération, hors inscription d’intérêts et débit par la Caisse des dépôts et consignations de frais et commissions de toutes natures ou d’éventuels prélèvements sur les intérêts versés au profit du fonds mentionné à l’article L. 663-3 pendant une période de six mois consécutifs, la Caisse des dépôts et consignations en avise le magistrat désigné par le ministre de la justice et placé auprès du directeur des affaires civiles et du sceau pour coordonner l’activité des magistrats inspecteurs régionaux.
