Article LO1112-14-1 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The provisions of the Electoral Code mentioned in this sub-section are applicable to referendums organised by the communes of Mayotte and Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, under the conditions laid down in the following articles of the Electoral Code:

1° For Mayotte: article L. 451 ;

2° For Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon: articles LO 530 and L. 531.

Les dispositions du code électoral mentionnées dans la présente sous-section sont applicables aux référendums organisés par les communes de Mayotte et de Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, dans les conditions fixées aux articles suivants du code électoral :

1° Pour Mayotte : article L. 451 ;

2° Pour Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon : articles LO 530 et L. 531.
