The provisions of the Electoral Code and those of Law No. 77-808 of 19 July 1977 on the publication and dissemination of certain opinion polls referred to in this sub-section are applicable in their wording resulting from Law No. 2016-1048 of 1 August 2016 renewing the procedures for registering to vote.
