Article R111-3 of the French Insurance Code

The marine renewable energy installations referred to in d of 1° of Article L. 111-6 are installations for the production of electricity from renewable energy sources as defined in Article L. 211-2 of the Energy Code, including generating machines and other works of the producer downstream of the point of delivery to the public network, located at sea beyond the sea shore as defined in Article L. 2111-4 of the General Code of Public Property.

Les installations d’énergies marines renouvelables mentionnées au d du 1° de l’article L. 111-6 sont les installations de production d’électricité à partir de sources d’énergies renouvelables telles que définies à l’article L. 211-2 du code de l’énergie, y compris les machines électrogènes et les autres ouvrages du producteur en aval du point de livraison au réseau public, situées en mer au-delà du rivage de la mer tel qu’il est défini à l’article L. 2111-4 du code général de la propriété des personnes publiques.
