Article R1131-14 of the French Public Health Code

Without prejudice to the conditions defined in 1° and 2° of Article L. 6122-2, the granting or renewal of the authorisation, mentioned in Article R. 1131-13, to perform the analyses mentioned in 1° and 2° of Article R. 1131-2 is subject to compliance with the rules laid down in this paragraph. These rules constitute the establishment conditions and the technical operating conditions provided for in 3° of article L. 6122-2.

The authorisation is issued by the Director General of the Regional Health Agency. It may be limited to some of the categories of analyses mentioned in the previous paragraph.

The authorisation specifies the practice site. When the authorisation is issued to a medical biology analysis laboratory mentioned in Article L. 6211-2, it specifies the location of the premises reserved for these activities in compliance with the provisions of Article R. 6211-11.

Article R1131-14

Sans préjudice des conditions définies aux 1° et 2° de l’article L. 6122-2, l’octroi ou le renouvellement de l’autorisation, mentionnée à l’article R. 1131-13, de pratiquer les analyses mentionnées aux 1° et 2° de l’article R. 1131-2 est subordonné au respect des règles fixées par le présent paragraphe. Ces règles constituent les conditions d’implantation et les conditions techniques de fonctionnement prévues au 3° de l’article L. 6122-2.

L’autorisation est délivrée par le directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé. Elle peut être limitée à certaines des catégories d’analyses mentionnées au précédent alinéa.

L’autorisation précise le site d’exercice. Lorsque l’autorisation est délivrée à un laboratoire d’analyses de biologie médicale mentionné à l’article L. 6211-2, elle précise le lieu où sont implantés les locaux réservés à ces activités dans le respect des dispositions de l’article R. 6211-11.
