Article R114-3 of the French Sports Code

The region may give the sports resources, expertise and performance centre attached to it a mandate to delegate the contracting authority to carry out, within the centre, construction, reconstruction, major repair or extension work on the real estate assets for which it is responsible under the conditions defined in articles L. 114-5 and L. 114-7 of this code.

Article R114-3

La région peut confier au centre de ressources, d’expertise et de performance sportive qui lui est rattaché un mandat de délégation de maîtrise d’ouvrage pour la réalisation, au sein du centre, de travaux de construction, de reconstruction, de grosses réparations ou d’extension portant sur le patrimoine immobilier dont elle a la charge dans les conditions définies aux articles L. 114-5 et L. 114-7 du présent code.
