Article R114-43 of the French Sports Code

Housing concessions are granted on the basis of absolute necessity of service or by precarious occupancy agreement with standby duty, in accordance with the conditions laid down in the first paragraph of article R. 2124-65 and the first and second paragraphs of article R. 2124-68 of the General Code of the Ownership of Public Persons and by this section.

Les concessions de logement sont attribuées par nécessité absolue de service ou par convention d’occupation précaire avec astreinte, selon les conditions fixées au premier alinéa de l’article R. 2124-65 et aux premier et deuxième alinéas de l’article R. 2124-68 du code général de la propriété des personnes publiques et par la présente section.
