Article R114-44 of the French Sports Code

In accordance with the criteria set out inarticle R. 2124-65 of the General Code on the Ownership of Public Property, State employees in the following categories are provided with accommodation on an absolute service requirement basis, under the conditions defined in article R. 114-45:

a) Directors, managers, technical and teaching staff, medical and paramedical staff;

b) Technicians, workers and service staff who have chosen to remain State employees and who have been seconded to the region for an unlimited period under the conditions specified in III ofarticle 83 of law no. 2014-58 of 27 January 2014 on the modernisation of territorial public action and the affirmation of metropolises.

Article R114-44

Selon les critères fixés à l’article R. 2124-65 du code général de la propriété des personnes publiques, sont logés par nécessité absolue de service, dans les conditions définies à l’article R. 114-45, les personnels de l’Etat appartenant aux catégories suivantes :

a) Agents de direction, de gestion, personnels techniques et pédagogiques, personnels médicaux et paramédicaux ;

b) Personnels techniciens, ouvriers et de service ayant choisi de rester agents de l’Etat et placés en position de détachement auprès de la région sans limitation de durée dans les conditions précisées au III de l’article 83 de la loi n° 2014-58 du 27 janvier 2014 de modernisation de l’action publique territoriale et d’affirmation des métropoles.
