Article R114-52 of the French Sports Code

On the basis of a report from the Director of the Centre, the Board of Directors proposes to the Region the posts whose holders are granted accommodation on the basis of absolute necessity of service or under a precarious occupation agreement with or without standby duty, the location and size of the premises granted and the financial terms of each grant.

Sur le rapport du directeur du centre, le conseil d’administration propose à la région les emplois dont les titulaires bénéficient d’une concession de logement par nécessité absolue de service ou par convention d’occupation précaire avec ou sans astreinte, la situation et la consistance des locaux concédés ainsi que les conditions financières de chaque concession.
